Privacy notice

Last updated: 4 September 2026

This notice explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to cr14.pt only.

Who is responsible

The controller of the personal data described here is Status Capital, of Avenida Casal Ribeiro 14, 1000-090 Lisboa, Portugal. For any question about this notice, or to exercise the rights set out below, write to jleitaoa@statuscapital.pt.

What we collect, and why

DataPurposeLegal basis
Name, company, email address and the content of your message, when you use the enquiry form or write to us To read and answer your enquiry, and to keep a record of the exchange Our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
Usage data collected by Google Analytics — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, IP address, and an identifier stored in a cookie To understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through the cookie banner
Technical logs kept by the hosting provider, including IP address and time of request To operate the site and protect it from abuse Our legitimate interest in the security and availability of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not profile visitors, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 for audience measurement. No analytics cookie is set and no measurement data is sent until you press Accept on the cookie banner: the site loads with all Google consent categories — analytics, advertising, ad personalisation and ad user data — set to denied. Pressing Reject leaves them denied.

Your choice is stored in your own browser, under the key cr14_consent, so that the banner is not shown again. Clearing your browser storage clears that choice.

You can change your mind at any time:

Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited and may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area, carried out under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Google's own terms are at policies.google.com/privacy.

Who else sees the data

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and Fontshare, which receive your IP address as part of serving the files. Analytics data is processed by Google as described above. The site is served by a hosting provider that keeps technical logs. Enquiries you send reach the mailbox named above and are handled by the people working on the building. We do not disclose personal data to anyone else except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and the correspondence that follows are kept for as long as needed to deal with the matter and, after that, for as long as we may need them to establish or defend a legal claim. Analytics data is retained by Google for 14 months. Hosting logs are kept for a short operational period defined by the provider.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us for access to your personal data, for its rectification or erasure, for restriction of processing, and for portability. Where processing rests on our legitimate interest, you may object to it. Where it rests on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time — using the button above for cookies, or by writing to us — without affecting what was done before you withdrew it.

Write to jleitaoa@statuscapital.pt and we will answer within one month. If you believe we have handled your data badly, you may complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados.
